– About the skill

Runs structured interviews with business units, checks feasibility within a one-day timeframe, and formulates challenges that deliver a visible prototype by the end of the day. Includes guardrails against tasks that are too broad, too vague, or lack data.

– How it is used

Describe the problem in your own words and upload any existing material – process documentation, ticket exports, meeting notes. The skill asks follow-up questions, prioritizes by impact times feasibility, and delivers a ready-to-use challenge card, the same one we use in every Corporathon.

   Run the install command in the terminal, inside the project directory you are working in.

   Open Claude Code, Cursor or your own agent. The skill is picked up automatically.
