Which service fits our team?

Spark for up to 10 people and a first entry point, Ignite for 10 to 15 people with multiple challenges, Blaze from 15 people and multiple departments. We'll figure it out together in a 20-minute discovery call.

What's included in the price?

Tool credits, challenge design, facilitation, technical setup incl. VMs and access, as well as documentation and results presentation.

Are there additional costs?

Travel and accommodation costs as well as venue and catering on site are billed separately. Everything else is included in the service price.

Can we combine or customize services?

Yes. Many customers start with Spark in one department and then scale with Ignite or Blaze to more teams.

Realistically, how many prototypes are created?

One prototype with Spark, usually three to five with Ignite, five or more with Blaze – plus additional automations the teams build on the side.

How quickly can we start?

Within a week. Three short preparation calls are enough to define challenges, tools and setup.

Do participants need prior knowledge?

No. Most participants have no coding experience. We work with tools that let marketing, sales or HR build working results too.

How does billing work?

Fixed price per service, 50 percent upon booking, 50 percent after the event. Invoice issued to the company

Is the hackathon possible remotely?

Yes, all services also work remotely. On site, the event energy tends to deliver better results based on experience.

Do participants receive proof of completion?

Yes, every participant receives a participation record. No official certificate is issued. Together with the documented prototype the record can support documentation under Art. 4 EU AI Act; it does not replace legal review.
